We aim to deliver your pet products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and related terms that apply to all orders placed on https://techpee.myshopify.com.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it has shipped.
  • During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its progress in real-time.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 days, please reach out to our support team.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ching Rey Logistics is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply.
We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@techpee.myshopify.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable).
We will investigate with the carrier and work to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

9. Order Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier or postal delays
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Customs clearance for international shipments

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

10. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive tracking numbers for each package if this applies.

11. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
