1. Overview

At Ching Rey Logistics, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality pet products that make both pets and their owners happy.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 

  • Non-returnable items include:

  • Pet hygiene items (toothbrushes, litter boxes, grooming tools used, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item and verify its condition.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@techpee.myshopify.com.

  2. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
  1. We’ll arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
  • We cannot process refunds for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

7. International Returns

If you are an international customer:

  • Customs fees, duties, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
